1. Who we are

This website, messecapital.com ("the Site"), is operated by Messe Capital Ltd., a company being formed under the laws of Singapore ("Messe Capital," "we," "us," "our"). Pending formal incorporation, operational responsibility sits with the Managing Partners. Correspondence regarding this policy may be directed to investments@messecapital.com.

This policy is drafted in alignment with the Singapore Personal Data Protection Act 2012 ("PDPA") and, where applicable to visitors from the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, the EU General Data Protection Regulation ("GDPR") and UK GDPR.

2. Scope

This policy covers personal information processed through your use of the Site. It does not cover information you share with us by other means — for example, documents exchanged under a separate non-disclosure agreement or materials provided through a private data room — which are governed by the terms of those arrangements.

3. What we collect

We intentionally collect the minimum personal information necessary to operate the Site and respond to inquiries:

• Information you provide by email. When you contact us at investments@messecapital.com or any other published email address, we receive your name, email address, organization, and the contents of your message.
• Aggregate site analytics. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, a privacy-preserving, cookieless measurement service. It records anonymized, aggregated metrics such as page views, referring domain, country-level location, and browser family. It does not set cookies, does not fingerprint devices, and does not identify individual visitors.
• Technical log data. Our infrastructure provider (Cloudflare) processes request-level log data — including IP addresses, user agent, and timestamps — for purposes of security, abuse prevention, and service reliability. Log data is retained for short periods and is not used to build profiles of individuals.

We do not use advertising cookies, tracking pixels, third-party analytics, social-media tracking scripts, or any form of behavioral profiling.

4. Why we process this information

We use the personal information described above for the following purposes:

• To respond to your inquiry. When you reach out by email, we use your contact details and message to provide a substantive response and, if appropriate, continue the conversation.
• To maintain an ongoing business relationship. If you become an investor, prospective acquisition counterparty, partner, or vendor, we retain relevant correspondence as part of normal record-keeping.
• To operate, secure, and improve the Site. Aggregate analytics help us understand which content is useful. Infrastructure logs support security and reliability.
• To comply with legal obligations. We may retain or disclose information where required by law, legal process, or to establish or defend legal claims.

5. Legal basis for processing (EEA / UK)

For visitors in the EEA or UK, our legal bases under GDPR are:

• Legitimate interests (Art. 6(1)(f)) — for operating the Site, maintaining security, and responding to business correspondence you initiate.
• Consent (Art. 6(1)(a)) — where you voluntarily submit information to us and expect us to use it to respond.
• Legal obligation (Art. 6(1)(c)) — where we must retain or disclose information to comply with applicable law.

6. Who we share information with

We do not sell, rent, or trade personal information. We may share limited information with:

• Infrastructure providers. Cloudflare (United States / global edge) hosts the Site and provides DDoS protection, CDN, and cookieless analytics. Cloudflare acts as a data processor on our behalf.
• Email providers. When you email us, your message is delivered through the email service we use for the messecapital.com domain. We may store copies of correspondence in business email and associated backup systems.
• Professional advisors. Our legal, accounting, and compliance advisors, where relevant to a matter they are engaged on.
• Legal or regulatory authorities where required by law, subpoena, or court order.

All processors are contractually required to protect the information we share with them and to use it only for the purposes we specify.

7. International transfers

Messe Capital is being formed in Singapore, with Managing Partners and operations in Singapore and Thailand. Our infrastructure providers (e.g., Cloudflare) are headquartered in the United States and operate globally. As a result, personal information may be transferred to, stored, or processed in jurisdictions outside your own.

Where we transfer personal data from the EEA or UK to a third country, we rely on appropriate safeguards under Art. 46 GDPR — including Standard Contractual Clauses where applicable — or other permitted transfer mechanisms.

8. Retention

We retain personal information only for as long as we need it for the purposes described in this policy:

• Email correspondence is retained for the duration of any active or prospective business relationship, and thereafter in accordance with our ordinary records-management practice.
• Cloudflare Web Analytics data is aggregated and not linkable to individuals; retention follows Cloudflare's service terms.
• Technical logs are retained for short periods consistent with operational and security needs.
• Information we are legally required to keep is retained for the minimum period required by law.

9. Your rights

Subject to applicable law, you have the right to:

• Request access to the personal information we hold about you;
• Request correction of information that is inaccurate or incomplete;
• Request deletion of your personal information (subject to our legitimate retention needs);
• Object to, or request restriction of, specific processing activities;
• Request data portability for information you provided to us;
• Withdraw any consent you previously gave (this does not affect processing carried out before withdrawal); and
• Lodge a complaint with the Singapore Personal Data Protection Commission (PDPC), or with the supervisory authority in your country of residence if you are in the EEA or UK.

10. Security

We protect personal information with technical and organizational measures appropriate to its sensitivity, including encryption in transit (HTTPS everywhere on the Site), strict access controls, and use of reputable enterprise-grade infrastructure providers. No internet transmission or storage system is entirely secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security but will notify affected individuals and relevant authorities of any material breach in accordance with applicable law.

11. Cookies and similar technologies

We do not use tracking cookies, advertising cookies, or third-party analytics cookies on this Site. Cloudflare Web Analytics is cookieless by design. Our infrastructure may use a minimal number of technical cookies for essential security functions; these do not track you across sessions or sites.

12. Children's privacy

The Site is directed at institutional investors, business professionals, and members of the MICE industry. It is not directed at children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has submitted information to us, please contact us and we will delete it.

13. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The current version is indicated at the top of this page. Material changes will be highlighted on the Site; we encourage you to review this page periodically.
